Green Ginger Peach Smoothie
FROM MY RECIPE BOX: peach season is finally here, and it always seems to go too fast so get ‘em [& freeze ‘em], before they’re gone and throw them into this refreshing smoothie bowl!
Green Ginger Peach Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 C milk of choice
1 T nut butter [I usually use almond butter]
1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger
dash cinnamon
handful of spinach
1/4 avocado
1/4 frozen banana
1 C frozen peaches
DIRECTIONS:
combine ingredients in a high speed blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth, almost like ice cream (!), adding more milk if needed.
