MOCHA OVERNIGHT OATS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 C oats

  • 2 tsp chia seeds

  • 2 tsp cacao powder

  • 1/3 C almond milk or other milk of choice

  • 1/4 C cold brew coffee [not concentrate]

  • 1-3 tsp maple syrup

  • toppings: almond butter, cacao nibs, unsweetened shredded coconut and/or berries

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine oats, chia seeds, and cacao powder in a small container.

  2. Add almond milk, coffee, and maple syrup, and stir until combined.

  3. cover and Let sit in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours then add toppings of choice [could also add prior to refrigerating].
