Skip the mayo and add some heat with this lightened up tuna salad. Protein packed, plus heart healthy omega 3 fatty acids, make adding tuna to your lunch rotation an easy choice (for fish lovers!) to help keep you satisfied through the hangry afternoon hours.

Lightened Up Tuna Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 7 oz. can solid white albacore tuna in water, drained

  • 1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt, add more to reach desired consistency

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • black pepper, to taste

  • hot sauce, a few dashes (or more if you're looking for a kick!)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Use on top of salads, in a wrap (below: avocado + arugula make a good combo!), or on a sammie.
