Tahini Cinnamon Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup almond milk, or more depending on desired consistency
1 (heaping) tbsp drippy tahini
2 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon
pinch salt
optional toppings: mini chocolate chips, drizzle of maple syrup and/or more cinnamon if desired
Directions:
Combine oats, chia seeds, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl.
Add almond milk, maple syrup and tahini and stir until well combined. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Add additional toppings as desired and enjoy. Serves 1.
