Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana, mashed
2 cups oats
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk, more or less depending on desired consistency
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup drippy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
optional toppings: chopped peanuts, more peanut butter, cinnamon, sliced banana
DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, add all ingredients and stir well to combine.
Let set in refrigerator for 4+ hours and serve with desired toppings. I typically get 3-4 servings out of this!
