Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
Oatmeal Chocolate Chip CookieS
Ingredients:
3/4 Cup almond flour
1/2 Cup oats
1 Cup almond butter
1/2 C maple syrup
Dash cinnamon

1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup chocolate chips, I like Enjoy Life minis
3/4 Cup walnuts
salt, to sprinkle on top
Directions:
In a medium size bowl, mix together the first 5 ingredients until well combined. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
after 30 minutes, add the egg, baking soda, chocolate chips and walnuts and mix until well combined.
Using a spoon or cookie scoop, roll dough into ~1.5 tbsp size balls and place on baking sheet, flattening them down and leaving about 2 inches between. I got 20 cookies.
Sprinkle with salt. Bake for 9-11 minutes (depending on if you want gooey or crispy!) and enjoy!
