Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon, plus more for sprinkling on top

  • 1/2 - 2/3 cup almond milk, depending on desired consistency (thicker use less)

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 3/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • optional: 1-2 tbsp vanilla yogurt to swirl in, more cinnamon, almond butter, maple syrup and/or berries to top

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a small bowl or container, stir together the dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and stir again until well combined.

  2. Cover and let sit in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours.

  3. Top with any of the optional toppings and enjoy!
