Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 tsp cinnamon, plus more for sprinkling on top
1/2 - 2/3 cup almond milk, depending on desired consistency (thicker use less)
1 tbsp maple syrup
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
optional: 1-2 tbsp vanilla yogurt to swirl in, more cinnamon, almond butter, maple syrup and/or berries to top
DIRECTIONS:
In a small bowl or container, stir together the dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and stir again until well combined.
Cover and let sit in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours.
Top with any of the optional toppings and enjoy!
