Oat, Flax & Hemp Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups oats

  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed

  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds [I like evo hemp]

  • 1 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, could sub almond butter

  • 2/3 cup honey, maple syrup or agave

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • pinch salt

Directions

  1. Add all dry ingredients to a large bowl and mix until well combined.

  2. Add wet ingredients to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for ~30 seconds until you can easily stir it together.

  3. Add wet ingredient to dry and mix well.

  4. Line an 8X8 baking dish with parchment paper and press mixture firmly into the dish. Freeze for at least 1 hour before cutting into squares.
