5-Minute Cilantro Lime Rice
ingredients:
4 cups cooked brown rice, I use 2 bags of Trader Joe’s frozen brown rice
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2 1/2 limes, juiced
1 tbsp ghee or butter, melted or add when rice is still hot
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
black pepper, to taste
directions:
Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
