Cherry Berry Smoothie
FROM MY RECIPE BOX: Antioxidant rich from cherries, blueberries & avocado, this Cherry Berry Smoothie is a tasty, nutrient dense, way to start your day!
Cherry Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
3/4-1 C milk of choice
1/2 C frozen blueberries
1/2 C frozen dark sweet cherries
1/4 frozen banana
1/4 avocado
1-2 Tbsp almond butter
1 Tbsp cacao powder
optional: turmeric & black pepper, cinnamon, chia seeds, flaxseeds, collagen
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
