Strawberry Coconut Chia Pudding
ingredients:
1 can full fat coconut milk (13.5 FL OZ)
2 tbsp strawberry jelly
1-2 tbsp maple syrup, depending on desired sweetness
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup chia seeds
optional toppings: strawberries, nut butter, coconut, chopped nuts
Directions:
Add all ingredients, except for chia seeds, to a blender. Blend until smooth.
add chia seeds and blend until combined. Let sit for a few minutes and blend again. Transfer to a container and refrigerate for 4+ hours. Stir a time or two if you have the chance.
Remove from refrigerator, divide into containers and top with strawberries and other toppings of choice.
