Cacao Banana Breakfast Cookies

CACAO BANANA BREAKFAST COOKIES
INGREDIENTS:
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 Cup rolled oats, I used quaker
2 Tbsp cacao powder, I like Thrive Market
3 TBSP almond butter
1 tbsp honey/maple syrup
1/2 tsp baking powder
heavy sprinkle salt
1-2 tbsp mini chocolate chips [I like Enjoy Life]
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
Scoop ~2 tbsp of dough and place on prepared baking sheet forming into a cookie shape using the palm of your hand to press down if needed.
Bake for ~15-18 minutes or until edges start to crisp up!
