Double Chocolate Protein Muffins
Ingredients:
1 cup almond butter or peanut butter (use a fresh jar!)
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
3 tbsp avocado oil
2 eggs
2 scoops (1/2 cup) Ancient Nutrition Chocolate Protein*
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips, plus more for sprinkling on top
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a muffin tin.
Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips, in a medium size bowl. Once well combined, stir in chocolate chips.
Divide batter evenly among 10 muffin tins, sprinkle with more chocolate chips, and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
