Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Tahini Bread
Ingredients:
1 can pumpkin puree
1/2 cup tahini
3/4 cup coconut sugar
1 cup gluten free all purpose flour
2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips, plus more for topping
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips, until smooth.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into prepared baking dish and top with more chocolate chips.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
